This man's lie hit me so hard on my head. A simple and unbiased autopsy will reveal the truth. Which one is "Chinwendu had hormonal imbalance. Her hormones rose so high to that of a man, that was why she was acting like a man". Woooww!!!.
Hormonal imbalance can only prevent her from conceiving and not to kill her (though I cant vouch for the type and quality of medications she received). AUTOPSY is the only to get the truth, since she's gone and cannot defend herself.

Pulmonary Embolism from DVT. She should have had a doppler ultrasound when she mentioned leg pain days before the 9th of February. Fortunately an autopsy will confirm PE and or DVT
