It’s week 7 of the Great British Bake Off, which means another technical challenge. This one is a real curve ball, and took me about 4.5 hours in total to make. I didn’t think I’d be a huge fan of this sweet beast, but turns out it’s a real beauty!

Remember I used half the ingredients for my smaller version, and an 85% cocoa solids chocolate instead.
