Well today started off a little different than I expected. I woke up and checked out Market Place first this at 6:45 am. Well the rest of the story is pretty self explanatory.... See Chevelle, message on Chevelle, pay for Chevelle, take Chevelle home.

Happy happy guy. It's rough but should be a pretty awesome car.

The toilet, where all important decisions are made.

My dad had a 70 LS5 454 SS 4-speed in the early 70's. He traded it for a 4 cylinder Monza during a "fuel crisis". The lesson I learned is not to do what the crowd is doing or you might lose your big block muscle car due to politics.

The big block from the nova would fit in that Chevelle just nicely

2500 Canuck Bucks is a steal for anything like that these days. A spit shine and you could triple it! Well done sir.

70 headlights and especially a 70 rear bumper is special to me. Only year like that. JMO but of course your time and especially $$$. JMO.

Cool! Sweet car! When I think of a Chevelle I think big block so since the Nova has the small block this one should get a big block. 😬

I was 18 in 1970. Knew a guy that bought a new triple black white stripes 70 Chevelle LS6 four speed. 54 years later, I still want one, so know how you feel.

I don't know that I'd call that a "mint" 70 Chevelle....I would call it an "honest" 70 Chevelle. Like nothing to hide, ya know? I love 70 Chevelles! I have a really nice 67 Malibu Sport Coupe (owned her for the last 35 years) and if she heard me say that....man, she'd be MADD! Nice score, Dan. I think she'll come out great. Good luck, and I will be watching for sure.

The 68, and 69s have 4 head lights to. But 70 is the best of the best, everything changed in 71. PEACE ✌️

David Wooderson is back! These '70 Chevelles have really turned into unicorns! I am a tri-five guy but, I have been waiting for you to get a '70 again after letting the green Malibu get away. Can't wait for this one!

I agreed the 71/72’ Chevelle is a complete masterpiece. I love the 4 round Corvette style tail lights.

Dan - you got me: after a couple of offhand comments about you should have a trailer to do this, you say this tow system is one of the best investments you've ever made. Love you guys. My Chevelle was 71 327ci blueprinted 🇨🇦 BTW Don't forget the towing lights on the roof

Dan, Daniel my brother! Chevelle!! Now you're talking! My very first car was a 1968 Chevelle, bought it in 1977 for $800. No, it wasn't a SS.. basic Malibu with a 307. So, let's get crackin'! This is what a speed shop is all about! Congrats on the buy! Thank you Ms. Dani 😊 Signed - Your friend, the Cancer guy! (4 radiation treatments left! I'm kickin' it!)

The "should get yourself a trailer" commentators are living rent-free in your head Dan lol let them go!
Looking forward to watching this one, glad to see you saving these!
