Thanks JoAnn! Definitely makes since, but brings up a question just for curiousity sake...If the term "Per-Cent" means per one hundred... is there a term for "Per-One Thousand"? Could a mathematical symbol be given to a "Per-One Thousand" operation? just as the % sign means per one hundred?
