How to Install the Dark Theme for Eclipse

i installed darkest dark them and now i have problem with the quick fix.
it doesn't show me when i move the cursor on a code mistake and i have
press CTRL+1. But when i used the original theme of java eclipse, quick
fix have shown me with cursor whithout pressing anything. How can i fix
it??

when i do that, only the coding area become dark and the left side of screen stays white. How can i fix it?
