I have created an agent inside the Agent Console, but when I try the last step with the integration when I open Dialogflow CX i don't see my Agent there? Why is that happening I followed all the steps until that part

Hey so I made an agent on agent builder, and am able to open the agent in Dialogflow CX. When I try to test the agent in there however, it does not respond in a similar manner to the agent in the agent builder console. Is this because there is not support for the agent app type and dialogflow cx yet?

Very helpful tutorial, I have some questions can you help?
I have 3 clients who have ecommerce shopify store, they need Custom agent which can help client with general information about products, order tracking, product recommendation and order cancelling.
Can I build 3 different agents for three different clients and embed on their websites from my google cloud account??? If so how could I do the monthly billing for those clients individually for what google charges?

Hello Victor ! Thank you for this tutorial, I love your way of explaining things :)
Quick question, I'm trying to replicate your example, but instead of having a datastore composed of PDFs, I have a single JSONL file with 1k rows inside.
It looks like the Agent is not able to really understand the content of my datastore.
I imported the data selecting the "Linked unstructured documents (JSONL with metadata)" option, and using the Digital Parser (no document chunking option).
Do you have any recommendation about that type of datastore ?

My agent cant seem to automatically direct to the info agent without having to specifically ask it to direct me to the info agent even though I copied your instructions exactly. Example

Me: Explain to me what is a Google Workspace administrator
Agent: I'm sorry, I can't answer that question. I can connect you with an agent who can help you with that.
Me: Yes Please Transfer me
Agent: Ok, I'll connect you with an agent who can help you with that.
(I have to say this again otherwise it won't take me to info agent) Me: Ok transfer me

Very annoying back and forth that I can't seem to fix to get it to go to the info agent.

Any thoughts on how to fix this?
