When I’m in Crete these are my favorite things to order. The fresh Mizithra they produce on the island , it’s just the best cheese in the world 🙌🏼
But it’s all about those ripe juicy tomatoes as well that makes this Meze so delicious 🍅

• 2 Whole Wheat Rusks dipped in water (Can buy from Greek Deli)
• 2 Medium ripe tomatoes 🍅 Grated
• Crumbled Feta (Sheep Milk)
• Diced Red Onion
• 2-3 tbsp Cretan Olive Oil (If you can get your hands on it).
• Salt and pepper
• Baby Capers
• Dried Oregano 🌿
• Olives 🫒
