OPEC is weighing making a cut in global oil output - which would depend on cooperation from non-OPEC producers like Russia - according to OPEC delegates who are in Vienna for the oil producer cartel's latest biannual meeting. US President Donald Trump has urged Saudi Arabia, OPEC's de-facto leader, to refrain from output cuts in order to keep oil prices low. But OPEC says that's not in its interests.
