Great part but why use the 10 mm ball end mill instead, you can use an end mill with a 3-4 corner radius but you can do a lot more surface. Kind regards from Germany

How was the tool head zero done on the opposite side? Did you use any reference holes or features?

I'd love to know what that his used for. Wouldn't a block like that have at least a small amount of internal stress that might lead to very slight deformation?
