Make sure you use food grade buckets. If you cut a small circle in a bucket cover and place on the green bucket it will hold the top bucket well off the bottom.

For the small amount you do, I would use a fruit press where the filter bag sits inside the press. Less mess, easy clean up and harvest more of the honey. Good video.

Even thought this the cheapest way to extract honey, is that the beat way to extract honey? Or if u can afford a electric 4/8 frame like by vivo for only $400 is it better to get one them so that ur not destroying the frames every year?
