OBEROI STEP
Oberoi STEP refers to the Oberoi Group of Hotel’s Systematic Training and Education Program (STEP). STEP offers admission to hospitality management programs offered by the institute.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
• The aspirant must be above 18 and below 20 years of age as on July 15, 2022.
• Candidates must have passed XII examination from any board recognised by the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU).
• Candidates also require a score of 71% or above which is equivalent in CBSE as a B1 grade or a 8 grade point.

ADMISSION PROCESS
• Firstly, the candidate needs to fill the Oberoi STEP application form from the official website of Oberoi Centre for Learning and Development.
Note: Candidate doesn’t need to pay any application fees while registering for the interview round of OCLD admissions.
• There is no written exam but aspirants require to go through interview and other activity rounds for the selection process.

1. Cross Introduction:
In this round, candidates have to give introduction of a person (who is also appearing for the same) after knowing them in 5 minutes
2. Group Discussion:
In this round, candidates go through the group discussion with a panel of 15-20 members and given a topic to discuss.
3. Extempore:
In this round, aspirants of the programme are given a random topic and have to talk or speak about the same.
These rounds are conducted on the day 1 and upon the performance in these rounds, candidates receive mails for selection to the further rounds.
4. Personal Interview:
In this round, candidates are interviewed personally by a panel.
5. Parent Interaction Session:
In this rounds, parents of the candidates are called for the Parent Interaction Session.
6. Final Interview with the Dean:
At the final round, candidates go through the interview with the Dean of Oberoi.
