Good god James Baldwin was simply incredible. Like Chomsky and Sagan, a candle in the darkness, and it doesn't get much more dark than it has been for black people in the united states. Let's hope the oligarchy doesn't rape us and the world for much longer before we use our immense power. I have hope left.
