I used to live in Austin TX and I work the assembly line, Dell Computers there, Our suoervisors would always tell us no to slack off or be too loud/playful since Michael Dell walks at times around his own assembly line buildings and monitors how workers do their jobs... now that's commitment. Also was said back then: " don't expect to see him in a suit and tie, He is always in jeans an t shirt " Nothing fancy at all "

Several years ago I used to be a server at a fancy steakhouse in downtown Austin. We did a couple of private parties for Dell. Michael was always a super nice humble guy, and very down to earth. I always enjoyed dealing with him.

I own 2 Dell XPS computers for almost 10 years and have experience almost no issues. The desktop has had no issues. The laptop...the fan makes some noise sometimes, but it is almost 10 years old, so I can't really fault it. I will replace the fan at some point and it will be an awesome laptop still. Both still serve my needs almost ten years after purchase.
