It's a real testament to the 'engineering' changes you made to the original bag of crap CNC machine Savvas that you are able to mill 8mm Ali to they standard at all! Well done.

When cutting aluminum, you have to take into account "chip off load" and the slower the better for a router table CNC. In addition, as mentioned below, compressed air feed onto the bit will help with both cooling as well as chip removal too. Also you didn't seem to cut all the away though the material, the best way (IMHO) is to cut all the way thought with "small" tabs has worked the best for me. Also minus air, a thin oil like WD40 will also work but will make a bit of a mess...

Hey there i try to look for the feedrate link in the description how to calulate the size of the bit and speed !!

try to blow out chips with compressed air. Is the best when cutting thick material with hole saw.

Savvas, any problem with 4 flutes endmill? It seems for aluminum it's better 1 or 2 flutes...

Some bits have to cut dry, or wet. I'm not sure how to tell which is better.
