In case someone's still wondering: only the Microsoft Lumia phones are able to update, any other NOKIA Lumia won't, the list he showed in the video is almost completely wrong since only a few of those are able to upgrade.

I have two Lumia 1520s. One I was able to update to Windows 10 mobile, the other doesn't upgrade to Windows 10 mobile. I was able to upgrade to latest 8.1. Went through the Update Advisor app. Phone connected to power and wi-fi. Any suggestions?
