As a forensic psychologist and evaluator I am deeply disgusted and concerned this not only occurred but was covered up. Might we ask the depths of depravity of the officers whose sadistic and heinous behavior caused a human life to be extinguished so their records looked good. Disgusting amoral. The mark of psychopaths.
