The record for performing the maximum number of Surya Namaskars in 12 hours was set by Sahasra Aarush Yoga Team. Ten members of the Sahasra Aarush Yoga Team, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, successfully completed 10090 Surya Namaskars (1009 each) on January 26, 2021 from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm at Sai Gramam, Thonnakkal, as confirmed on February 22, 2021.
