Viomi Alpha UV(S9) remove all the main screws, on back of the robot vacuum, and then lift the lid from the front to access the battery. Thank you.

Same problem with viomi. Spares are not available for A9 either. It's landfill rubbish as soon as something breaks.

Mine lasts about 70min ! Sometimes suddenly power off in the middle of cleaning!!
I think this is not normal !!

Maybe i must create a new battery pack !!
