buddy! Light weight! I lift hard and go to failure but it’s always after I’ve already worked a 8-10 hour day, wish I could just lift for a living that would be sweet! Wouldn’t have to get up and go to work I could be resting before the gym all day everyday!

Don’t count reps. Lift till failure every time and eat quality food within your macro specific goal. I guarantee you see results
