This modification only takes about 1.5-2 hrs to do and is a lot cheaper than the new power head that WM is selling. All you need is basic welding skills and a little time!

Are you able to get the full travel height capacity of the HM130 Max mill with that jack unit or do you lose a little bit on the top? I would guess it's just the slab wood getting taken off but how much? Thanks. Love the additions you have done. I'm looking forward to getting mine put together. Thanks for the videos.

Great idea thanks for sharing..just received my mill from China and they use for lifting just regular winch system so when I'm set up my blade to the bed parallel and lifting head way up it is 3/4 of inch defferent between 2 end's..so impossible get square Kant..will update like you did
... could you please make a video of log turner.. would like to see how it works in action..thanks again...

how many amps does the jack draw?? won't burn out the keyswitch??
