Ci fossero più persone come te, sarebbe magnifico.. Io sono una cuoca e so esattamente che cosa vuol dire lavorare per tante ore, e sottopagata.. L'unica soddisfazione che ho avuto era la faccia delle persone che si congratulavano con me, per tutto quello che facevo per loro..
Una volta (stagione estiva, puoi capire) sono stata addetta ai primi e mentre noi ragazzi ci facevamo un mazzo tanto, lo chef se ne stava in camera sua perché non era sempre in grado di stare in cucina, poiché aveva una malattia cardiaca.. Un incubo! Dico solo che se riuscivo a dormire per sei ore a notte era tanto.. Ripeto l'unica cosa appagante erano i complimenti che mi facevano sia i clienti, che i titolari che venivano da me per avere qualcosa da mangiare.. Però, c'è il però.. E oggi risento di quelle ore che ho fatto..

Instead of adding condensed milk to the pistachio paste, it's better to add a neutral oil. This will keep the pistachio flavor intact instead of diluting it with milk.
