Yeah Jessica, El Nido is quite expensive. You're still welcome in Palawan though! There's not much event in here tho, just relax and go on vacations. You could visit Port barton, Coron, or Balabac instead of El nido, but el nido is still quite beautiful if u ask me. just find the right people and info. I hope I see u here someday 🤧✨

You said the sotanghon soup have same taste with palabok because they both have an annato (atchuwete) spice. That's the real kikiam, you should taste their ham also, it taste like Spanish ham. Next time you come again in Quiapo, try the lumpiang sariwa in globe and palabok inside the palengke. I know cause I grew up there. I'd been eating it since I was young, and now I'm in my 50s, still eating there every time I come back to the Philippines
