for the column chart it might be easier to set a maximum and minimum and fixing the unit steps on the axis instead of covering the steps with shapes....

I cannot change the event image dynamically. When I clicked on the image and wrote on the formula bar Highschoolimagechanger it said "reference isn't valid".
