I learned a ton in this video! Usually I just watch these videos to reaffirm things I’ve already heard and see the wonderful photography, but this time around I found out a bunch of new stuff!

I came to learn only about Manta rays, since they're one of my most favorite animals in the world, and I ended up discovering many more amazing rays in the process! I have a new found liking for the Torpedo ray! Thank your for the amazing video! You've got a new fan/ subscriber.

Your videos are the best! I enter a zen-like state through the amazing music and great facts. I think it would be cool to be a marine biologist, and watching your videos further reinforces that. Keep it up!

Skate babies: I know I must camouflage myself in order to survive
Human babies: I must cry rapidly for no odd reason.

Thank you for up-close shots of all these beautiful animals. I see them when I dive, but not as personnel as this! (:

In 1964 I was five years old we lived on a boat in Kingston Harbor Jamaica but we lived in Port Royal yes the port royal in fact we lived in a marina the very small marina that was only like 200 feet from the seawall that went down into the ocean at the epicenter of the earthquake true story...
manta rays would be catapulting out of the water out in the bay and you can hear their slaps as they landed from miles away every once in a while someone will hook one just fishing off the boat dock and one time an old woman and a bunch of Jamaicans got one all the way in and when it came up it was like 8 feet around and they just cut the line and it’s slowly swam off even at five years old I still remember beautiful and thank you for your videos Jonathan the ICON‼️®™️
