Nicolas could you please review the MSI 7870 Power Edition if you can?

This is also at stock settings I believe, not overclocked. While you can overclock both cards, they only make the power edition in the 660 ti. You can overvolt everything on it which generally will allow for a much higher overclock. Currently 660's are around 220-240 dollars and ti's are around 290-310 dollars. So you may not get 50-60 dollars more performance wise(although I believe you do with this paticular power edition version) you still get great performance for what you pay for.

Also something of note is the 660 just needs one 6 pin connector while they ti needs two. If you're neither an amd or nvidia fanboy you may want to try for a HD 7950 as well. The Gigabyte triangle windforce OC edition model is priced at 299.99, great card as well.

Yes it is, you can basically overclock the 660 ti up to 670 performance. The MSI power edition offers over-voltage controls, thus widening the headroom for a much higher core clock speed.

I'm planning on getting either of these two options. I don't plan to game with multiple monitors and I don't plan on getting a 120hz monitor. Is the 660 a better choice for me, rather than the Ti model?

How does MSI compare to this?? And I think I am set on getting the dual fan no matter which brand I get. I hear great things about EVGA, but the MSI looks beastly and I hear it works alittle better in terms of power consumption and cooling. I am curious to the performance difference between the two. Any info would be much appreciated :D

Is moving from a 465 to a 660 a good upgrade? I can play skyrim with an ENB on ultra and still get very good fps with my 465.

An important distinction IMO. Some of the 660 cards fairly short and only require one power connector - a good choice that might prevent you from needing a new PSU.

A bit unfair you were using a Power Edition vs a regular Twin Frozr 3 edition could u compare two regular ones cause Power Edition cards are OC and have a bunch of other improvements.
