In this mechanism the yellow link (a piston) has a revolution joint with the pink crank at one end and prismatic joint with the blue swivel cylinder at the other end.
Here the pink crank is the driving link performing continuous rotation and the blue output rocker angularly oscillates.
The yellow piston can be the driving link as shown in the video:

A long long time ago in a place far far away, I worked on a machine that had 8 pneumatic cylinders using the exact same mechanism. Even had a kick start hydraulic cylinder on the reciprocating arm that stroked once to overcome inertia and disconnect.

Niekoniecznie musi być to tlok poruszający się w cylindrze. Zamiast tłoka na końcu korbowodu tarcza poruszająca się w prowadnicy kształtu C z wywiniętymi brzegami by tarcza z niej nie wypadła.
