Yerevan Erebuni, The Power of a Strong Nation

The year 2018 will always be significant in the history of Armenia. It proves how loud and persistent the voice of a nation can be. The ability to clamor for change using social media and taking to the streets. Hundreds of thousands of people created this powerful voice, majority being the youth, that is inspiring and gives new hope not only for Armenia and Armenian diaspora across the globe, but also for humanity. This peaceful protest of change in government had no bloodshed, no bullets being fired and not a single death. The streets of Yerevan will always be a reminder to leaders of the power of Armenians and youth. As May 28th approaches, this year will also mark the 100th year of the Armenian Independence Day. The day that Armenian National Council declared the independance of the Republic of Armenia.

I’m dedicating this piece from my heart to my brothers and sisters in Armenia, Armenian diaspora and everyone around the world, as a positive message to see the beauty of what is Yerevan, Armenia, one of the oldest city on earth. To see this surviving powerful nation, set an example of how without violence, changes can be made.

A fantastic tribute to the very beautiful Yerevan... the drums played by native son Jacob Armen...who has played with unbelievable skill since he could hold a stick. It doesn't get much better than this.
