Remember when Shiro got Cloned?

We know that fandom culture can be bad sometimes. But what about the worst of times? Voltron: Legendary Defenders was one of Netflix's greatest animated series, until it wasn't. And the reason it went downhill so fast isn't a mystery. And for once, we can't pin the blame on the studio execs or the writers.

This episode was the one that made me go, "Oh yall, have no idea how to end the show. You're just gonna keep throwing ideas at each other and hope to stick the landing. Oh well, I'm in this deep, still not bored, and got time to kill. Let's see where this goes."

I had the same reaction when I saw the season 3 finale of Miraculous Ladybug and during season 4 of star vs. That last one took me a lot longer because I was ignoring the signs. They lost control of that ship after the Eclipsa trial, I just didn't want to believe it.

I remember Shiro being a clone was kinda obvious cuz he was...different, but I didn't expect a *horde* of Shiro clones, that threw me off lol

This really annoyed me as while I hated this episode for all its plot and story points, the music, animation and direction in this episode was one of my favourites in the whole series

Well shiro being a clone was quiet a twist but still watching Team Lance & Allura

He was cloned because dreamworks execs liked him and wanted him to be the focus of the show, throwing a wrench in the following seasons

shiro being cloned i thought that what made the show even better because when shiro died in the battle against Zarkon and his gigantic mech in season 2 and came back in the 6 season as a clone i thought it a twist 😀 nice video keep them coming

Ngl I figured the clone was interesting as like he was the only one compatible with the mechanical arm after that galra with a different mechanical arm said his was the upgrade version of shiro’s arm so they’d probably would farm his DNA to make clones to test the mechanical arm on for galra science

I say this Tsubasa reservoir chronicles did the whole clone thing better. Even though reading the manga I don’t know which came first Li Syaoryan or his clone/father.

What made me realize this show was gonna suck is when most of the fanart of the show was of human characters and not the mechs, a sign in all gundam and mech anime that show suck ass!
