how does 6542/16 get you a remainder of 14 all I see on my calculator is 408.875

I'm learning this but I'm confused at some point. From the purplemath.com there is 357 decimal that gets convert to hexadecimal, the issue is that after 357 gets divided by 16 the result is 22. But instead of dividing it, the 22 gets subtracted by 16. Is his a mistake from the website?
