I don't ship them romantically, but I love this video. They loved each other so much (platonically) and they still do ig, but their relationship will never be the same as it was and that makes me so sad. In the book when Amy and Laurie come home married he has this convo with Jo about like growing up and how they will never be the same people again and this video reminded me about that part of the book, now i'm sad.

I don't know what happens in the book but I think it's sad how at the beginning of the story Jo was the one who wanted to grow and be free and chase her dreams and how she didn't want to get married cuz she was going to get bored of a monotonous life like that(not a quote). She told that to everyone and yet at the end, everyone moved on and she was the one who stayed the same.

Little Women is literally one of my favourite movies ever and Midnight Rain(my fav from the album) fits in like a glove for the relationship of Jo and Laurie though I liked that he ended up with Amy.Midnight Rain, I think is one of Taylor’s bests with its magical, surreal and nostalgic vibe~

omg this is perfect!!! I loved how you edited it and for putting mindnight rain in the background, this song suits them so much. I love this movie, there's only one thing I don't like about it, and that's the fact that they made Jo a selfish person. in the movie it shows how she was sorry for having turned down Laurie, just because she wanted to be loved and how sad she is for Laurie having married Amy. in the book, Jo becomes a lonely person, like in the movie and is sad about it, but she never thinks about how she would agree to marry Laurie if she could go back in time, because she never stopped seeing him as just a friend. when she finds out that Laurie married Amy, she is very happy for them, a little shocked of course (because the boy who was in love with her married her sister), but she was never sad about it, she even says " Was I not right??" for Laurie. I just wish the movie really showed her reaction, because a lot of people think she's a selfish and bad person because of her attitude, because they never read the book, and she's an amazing person.
