I'm a middle transit at 67 yrs old...ive felt burdened much of my life and it seems like it never ends ...like a curse of continuous challanges, lessons, hurdles....im exhausted and starting to really get depressed wondering if life will ever lighten up and expand into greater goodness with much more ease.

I am a Scorpio with a Capricorn ascendant at 16.5 degrees and Saturn in the 1st at 5.5 degrees of Aquarius. So obviously I'm having a major saturnian experience! When Saturn enters Aquarius I'll be smack dab into my second Saturn return! I already feel like I'm going through it!! I'm trying very hard to just listen to what Saturn is trying to show me and not be afraid of my second Saturn return! My question is, how much omega-3 should I be taking? And is it normal to feel your second Saturn return this early?? I'm 56. I totally trust and resonate with you. Any advice you give on YouTube I listen to. And frankly, I go back and listen over and over again! LOL just trying to navigate the energies so that I can propitiate Saturn appropriately!
