Provided you are up on your Lord Of The Rings lore the following should make perfect sense:

Blur’s trailer for Middle-earth: Shadow of War features Talion, still infused with the spirit of the elf lord Celebrimbor, forging a new Ring of Power to combat the newly returned Sauron and his Nazgûl forces, including a menacing Balrog and army of blood thirsty orcs bent on dominating Middle-earth.
