Options, landscapes have widened but the only time tested partner, friend is Russia. Its same as having friends and a best friend. Yes you have many friends but only few or only 1 friend who is your best friend will be there for you.

Again the options have widened, landscapes have widened but we all know at the end of the day what these new options, landscapes have really want from India. Those options, landscapes that have opened and widen we still know that warmongering, dominance, hegemony, interests are hidden in those new option. To be more specific those new options, landscapes that have widened is simply to counter, tackle China, use India as the biggest manufacturering hub and when India starts to out do them, India will also become a threat to those new options which have opened up.

Ukraine will be thrilled to hear this from Jaishankar. And I hope will punish India for it.
India gets cheap oil from Russia paid for in rupees. No cheap oil, no Indian economic progress for this dirty polluted third world dump.
Of course, China is a far more powerful country than India and Russia will never criticize Beijing to defend New Dehli. So big bold India is on its own and good luck with that as China nibbles away at Indian territory like a rat in a Gujarat grain store.

He is not very smart person because he looks backward and predicts future. Russia is the most impotent country. It is very foolish to make friendship with impotent country and challenge a super power like USA. Russia is going to be huge liability for India.
