Clay County deputy arrested on 2nd DUI charge is out on bond

He is out on bond, but it’s unclear what his employment status is with the sheriff's office.

He is going to get off if they didn't suspend him for failing to take the test both times. They are required to take the tests or have their license suspended period. This officer is getting preferential treatment. Bu of course nothing will happen to this guy. These always piss me off.

So the first DUI was a total mistake? An innocent man, I assume. Because IF he was guilty of the first offense, being a police officer and thus held to a higher standard, he would have been summarily fired
