I’m Jody Carmona, I’m the Division Vice President of Administration for Absolute Mortgage. I joined the company in April of 2005.
The thing that makes me happy when I come in ever day at Absolute Mortgage is I genuinely feel that I get to make a difference in somebody’s day. The common thread I hear from loan originators is they move over to Absolute Mortgage and get and really dive in and not just for you know the haven’t just been here for a month or two, but maybe six weeks, eight weeks, three months down the road I feel that the common response is they feel supported. They know they have a team of people backing them that will be there to help them fight their battle.
We all have the same goal, we all want to close loans, we all want to help our clients, we all want our customer to get into that new home and we could not succeed we could not achieve our goals if it weren’t for all the people and all the offices working towards the same outcome.
I have had loan originators tell me that this is that their on boarding experience with Absolute Mortgage has been unique to the industry, that they have felt people genuinely are here to make their transition easy, we recognize that it’s a stressful time, and we’re here to smooth out any road bumps that we can and we’re always accessible.
You should join Absolute because people are authentic here. We genuinely are a team, we support each other and we just want to at the end of the day we want to be nice and tell the truth, like Eric Bolstad says. We want to have a good time, we come to work because we need to support our families, we need to support our lives, but we spend a lot of time here, and we want to enjoy coming to the office every day. I genuinely look forward to coming to work and saying hello to the bright shiny smiling faces around the office. It truly makes my day.
