Heian Shodan Shotokan Karate Kata

Including an easy way for kids/seniors to learn/remember the steps and direction.

Heian Shodan is the first of the Heian kata.
We start often with Taikyoku Shodan (see other video) but in general Heian Shodan is accepted as a beginner kata.

With this video we make clear which directions we go and how the blueprint of the kata looks like.
