This easy 1.16 Minecraft Super Smelters is super easy to build and uses an automatic fast furnace array to cook / smelt your items in SECONDS!

You can make this super easy / simple redstone design any size you want to speed it up even more! I recommend using 8 to start. This video will teach you how to build a super smelter in minecraft 1.16! automatic furnaces / auto smelters / furnace arrays are just another term for super smelters and fast furnaces

This tutorial is AMAZING! No bullshit like "Here's what we're making today", you read the title, so let's get started. Simple design, the shaders look awesome, the resource list is a great touch, you explain it well and pace brilliantly. Best guide I've seen in a while, hope soon more people realize that and sub like I just have!

you immediately got my subscription because you:
•made this straight to the point
•no long intro or announcements
•good and short explanation
i wish every youtuber was like you

Fairly good and simple design! A word of caution, though: if you tend to smelt items in batches larger than 5 stacks, the minecarts don't suck out of the chest fast enough to fill every furnace. This means you'll end up only using about 5 or 6 furnaces after a few minutes, significantly decreasing the usefulness of the furnace array. I'd recommend adding either a long delay to the powered rails under your input chests or a bit of extra redstone to check that your chests are filled enough before sending them back out. Overall good tutorial, though!

Echoing what others said: One of the best tutorials I've seen in a long time. Concise, precise, clear, just all around amazing

Note for Bedrock players - Hopper Minecarts will suck up items from everywhere and you'll have problems. Swap them (and the double chest) for a minecart with chest.

This is honesty amazing. Bout to make this so long and get a stack of smelted things in like 10 seconds.

The size limit for this would have to be 25 furnaces though as otherwise, it would exceed the hopper extraction speed (hopper speed = 9000 items/h, 150/m, 1 furnace = 6 items/m, 150/6=25 furnaces)

for those making this exact replica, this is all this stuff you need:
10 chests
27 hoppers
9 furnaces
14 blocks of choosen
6 powered rails
20 rails
2 blocks of redstone
2 hopper mincarts
1 lever

for those who also need more proper resource count here is what you need to make all of these items above
79 Oak Log
167 Iron Ore
173 Coal
73 Cobblestone
6 Gold Ore
19 Redstone Dust
and the blocks of choosen are not included because i really dont care :}}
hope this helps

Loving the jazz bgm and the no-extra-bullshit tutorial—you deserve way more subs.
Just a little request: whether it's in the video or description, could you let us know whether you're building in Java or Bedrock and (if you know) whether your builds will work in one or the other or both? 🙏🏽

I can not describe how much I love it when a YouTuber gets straight to the point, and makes a short yeat neat, and not complicated video, thank you so much

I love how there is a button to click on another video at the end of this video which takes up half the screen so i cant see the final result with the water elevator

For minecraft bedrock players you dont have to switch the Minecraft hoppers with chests. All you have to do i move the double chest for fuel away from the items you want to smelt and place the lever to where they both activate. But youll need two levers and another redstone block but its an easy fix.

thank you for just making the tutorial instead of having 2 minutes of preamble and a 3 minute outro

im so ass at redstone and i thought this was a waste of a bunch of my iron on my hardcore world so i tested it on a creative world and oh my god this is amazing thank you so much

i have a giant potato farm and i get 4 stacks of potatoes on harvest and i hate putting them in manually. this is seriously awesome you are so underrated

I followed the video but when i try to use it the bottom minecart steals items from the top minecart

This tutorial is great! Now I have all my baked potatoes ready in like 20 seconds. It was explained really well.
I'm just out of iron now 😶

I personally use chest minecarts. The reason why I don't like hopper minecarts is it doesn't equally distribute whatever you are smelting if you put a lot of items in the double chests. That results in a longer time to smelt. You could add in a delay where the hopper minecart picks up items to fix this problem, but I like to keep it simple. AlsoI usually don't need to smelt more then 27 stacks, so that's why I opt for the chest minecarts.

is there any way you could do a quick tutorial on how to build the fully automatic and clean version of these which you showed at the end?! It would be awesome to know how you did it and that if it would work on the bedrock edition!

Great video, although here's a tip if you're in 1.20+ like me and you're bored enough to scroll all the way down here -- although the video says you can make the array any size, the most efficient size in practice is only *seven furnaces.* Any furnaces after that tend to run out of fuel or smeltable items well before all the others, especially if the first five stacks to enter the Hopper Minecart have already been distributed.
Source: I built two eight-furnace long arrays in my survival world using this video and I've always had problems with the eighth furnaces on both arrays running out of items.

Also if you're worried about the Rails/Minecarts being exposed _(e.g. you built the array(s) in an open area), _ you can use the Redstone blocks as a guide to cover them with your building block of choice

Best tutorial I’ve ever watched! No BS. Just straight to the point, easy to understand and explained why you did certain things when necessary.
