I remember as a kid growing up in Houston not being able to come to terms with how "Kuykendahl" was pronounced. lol. It's pronounced like "kirk in doll". That doesn't look right. But anyway. Looking to move back to Houston in the next year or two and love your vids.

Tripoint is the only builder in its price range that has additional bedroom's sufficient closet space. Other builders give you less than what is needed.

Creekside is pseudo Woodlands, in that it has been included in The Woodlands Township, but excluded from The Woodlands schools and Conroe ISD. Creekside is Harris County, not Montgomery County, which means it's practically Houston. Proper Woodlands residents recognize this. Lots of adjacent subdivisions are trying to claim "The Woodlands" designation, but the true Woodlands is 99% built out.
