This is a Reader's Digest version of the Full Holey Goat Build Saga! ALL 23 Build Episodes are summarized from the Road Trip to Texas to get the car, through the Full Build, and finally to Burnouts and Field Testing of arguably the most abused 1970 Pontiac GTO ever!

This compilation overviews each episode in just several minutes and is intended to get new subscribers up to date as well as acquaint folks with the Holey Goat and the Pole Barn Garage channel. This summary of the Holey Goat build does not tell the entire story, so I encourage you binge watch all of the full-length episodes:

If you are more of a reader and want the complete story including the video that introduced me to the car, photos, and more, visit Roadkill Customs, a sponsor and partner of my channel:

For those of you that don't know, my name is Dalton Summitt and I own the Worst GTO Ever. I hope you enjoy watching me work through the trials and tribulations as I work to get this Old Goat back on the road and driving again after spending 40 years in a Texas desert and surviving being shot, flooded and generally mistreated.

This is EXACTLY what you think you’re going to do, when you find that old car in the woods, when you’re like, 10. Really enjoyed this, and the Cragars and side pipes are perfect.

Cragars, side pipes, AND mirror aviator sunglasses. You have it all, my man!

I saw this in my feed, and had to click on it. I saw that is was nearly an hour long, and thought "ah, I'll skip the boring stuff, and see what happens at the end." I started the video, and have been GLUED to the screen for the whole thing. Didn't skip a second, and subscribed immediately. And before it was over, I paused it so I could share it with all my friends. This is absolute gold tier entertainment! Very well done, sir! I can't believe I'm going to say this, but I am insanely jealous of that car! I want one too!!!

I love this series. I laughed out loud when you “aged” the trunklid.

This series was my first glimpse into your channel. I’d be a shit faced liar if I said I didn’t enjoy every bit of it. Well done I hope to be able to do something like this with my son one day. You’ve certainly inspired me to that’s for sure.

This is awesome. I'm a Pontiac guy. I have owned 5 GTO's and one Firebird. This is my favorite project I have ever seen and you are a riot. Thanks for making my 68 yr old Butt laugh and have fun for a little while

This is seriously what everyone claims they’re gonna do, but actually never winds up doing 😂 I really enjoyed actually seeing it happen

Never in a million years did this car ever think it would have new paint on it again, it won the lottery among the other cars in that yard for sure.

Awesome build! A perfect way to save this car. Love it!

UK here. My evenings have been stolen by your videos. Agree with all comments. The video work is also remarkable and clearly a massive part of your time. The dry humour and ‘unintentional’ sharp scene edits and timing, particularly when talking is nothing short of magic, almost a new genre.

I was just introduced to this channel by Kevin from Junkyard Digs. So glad he made that pit stop by your place! I really enjoyed watching this truncated build! I can't wait to watch the full episodes! Holey GOAT! Perfection!

I love that everything shakes just enough to warrant your attention but not enough to be fully convinced it's a problem

Nothing but props to you man. The fact that you got that thing running and back on the road at all is a small miracle.

It still baffles me how a 1970 GTO could end up like that in the first place but I suppose it's easy to say that now we're not in 1974 when they were on every street corner. Lol.

BTW, you're commentary is just utterly hilarious!! I laughed out loud so many times, spat my coffee all over my new pressure washer once or twice too. Brilliant my friend, just brilliant! 👌

As an old shadetree mechanic, I loved every minute and laughed out loud so many times. Nice work. Oh....the cactus was just the best.
