I'm from Colombia now living in London. Really nice that you enjoy the Colombian bocadillos veleños (lunchos)! people eat them a lot over there specially with sports (myself included)

Fabulous. You need more than a bit of grit to finish a race such as that. I am intrigued to know what the smell was upon encountering the first Roumanian city. Sewers? Pollution? Cooking fat? Humanity?!!! I'd also be interested to see, "What I would do differently next time" episode.

Hot tip for new cleats/pedals. Rub some candle wax or wax based lube on the mating surfaces. It takes away the friction in the float until they wear in
