A complainant failed revision petition in the Sessions court after uncontested dismissed his cr case in the CJM court. It is a false case. I believe it will also be dismissed in the sessions court.
All documents are in the hand of the opposite party. Court asked the opposite party for hearing by default as exparte.
There is a false witness of the complainant.

My question is: if the innocent opposite party wants to put up a application u/s 191, 192, 193 of IPC against the false witness, is it possible then? After revision the case record of the case where will be exit? In the sessions court or previous CJM court? Thank you, pl

In a criminal court, accused appear on hearing date and nayab court take signature on plain paper for attendance purpose. But nayab court make setting with opposite party advocate and misplace that attendance sheet. In oder judge issued bailable warrant against the accused. In this situation what to do. Please reply
