Hi I bought two nexht watches in one pack I press remove by accident and now I can't get the other watch connected again what should I do ?

I can touch the watch all I want but it doesn't come on it's just a black screen. I have already put the straps on before I found out that is where you charge it, and the straps don't want to come back off.

How do you extend the screen time on the watch. It does not give you enough time to read the screen. It appears to be defaulted to around 3 seconds.
