You can trim the back if it’s to large I done it with my old cheap mouth guard

Ive tried 2 different mouthgaurds but every time i mould one it just falls out of my mouth whenever i put it in. Im not sure what to do.

Is it TOO bad if it doesn’t sit perfectly? it falls out if i open my mouth but it doesn’t feel that bad

All my mouthguards feel too big and are a little too much out and referees say to keep it in my mouth in my fights, but I can't. And they are hard to breathe with, and if I buy smaller size they are good but are too short to protect the back of my teeth

i really need help I've bought 4 mouthguards and ruined them all. I mold it pretty good and it fits the first time but the second time I try to put it on its ALWAYS too big and keeps falling out. I've missed alot of training sessions and can't spar and honestly plan on quitting b3cause of mouthguard issues unless I find a solution.
