We originally built the AI recruiter agent because we were receiving 20k+ engineer applications every month and didn't have the bandwidth to manually interview them all.. so we built an AI-interviewer to help screen them, shortlist the top performers, then pass them on to human interviews.

The AI interviewer seems to be fascinating at first. However, in my opinion, I doubt it can completely replace the process as the founder said. The most important factor to consider when employ someone is not his/her skill, but the suitability. Sometimes, the company would want to have somebody with long term commitment, rather than best in skill. Besides, the person interview candidates is high level manager, which can't be replaced by AI by the way.
However, I really hope you and micro1 can get far, as it is a great AI, too :D
