Einstein developed his theories of relativity based on two main conclusions. 1) There is no space-filling substance known as Aether. 2) The speed of light is a universal constant. But my studies indicate that the Aether is real, can be tested experimentally, and that the speed of light is not a universal constant. In fact, the speed of light varies with the density of the Aether.
