If we count speed vector is actually faster by a significant amount as he was able to shock gru with his speed near the end of the movie which gru was able to go faster than multiple heat seeking missiles, because we don’t see el macho in his prime enough I also think durability is also vector only because was able to survive being thrown into space by Grus arm in a crossover ad and survived, tbh el macho would still win as he was able to almost kill gru unlike vector who just made gru mad
