With all due respect, i think this is not the sound which comes in Ujjai pranyam . The sound comes likesome friction, you may check Baba ramdev video alsoo or any other yogi video, snoring sound never comes

I'm 21 years old and I'm suffering from obstructive sleep apnea. I am using cpap machine at night but still not getting satisfactory results. I'm a Classical singer and I am struggling to sing as my voice throw is almost gone. Also, my voice control and voice modulation while singing has reduced a lot. Can it be cured through Yoga? Please reply🙏🙏.

Some people do with chin lock and exhale through left nostral tipping right nose with right thumb...please clear which one is right or both right
