I like what you have done.
The exhaust, exiting out the cab corners is unique. I like that.
I've also got a 46 dodge truck. I'm putting it back as much to original as I can.
Except for a few exceptions.
It has split exhaust and a dual barrel stromberg carb...

Good choice of chassis. My buddy put a 70's Toyota pu chassis under a 47 Ford truck. Torsion bar front end, 283 and Powerglide fit real nice, 5×4.5 bolt pattern so any Ford or Mopar rim would fit. Rear axle was strong enough, and it rode, stopped, and handled better than a stock 47 did!

I just finished building a 45 dodge pickup, , all TCI suspension, , custom wood interrior all off frame restoration and it's for sale, , has 350 with 700r4 overdrive, , beautiful truck.

Great video, thanks. There are tons of positives about the truck but I just have to ask, WHY did the builder cut the holes in the rear cab corners for the exhaust and WHY (!!!!) ruin the look with that 70’s steering wheel/column???? It looks great everywhere else but it kills the old look with those mods. Not being a jerk, the truck is bitchen! 😁
