Do not use this business. The product is terrible and has broken repeatedly, unusable to sleep in. The wait for Rene to "fix" the issue is unreasonably long given that my 74 year old father must sleep on the floor while waiting weeks for Rene to come and fix the bed. He has now been waiting for 4 MONTHS for the bed to be fixed and is now ignored by Rene. This bed costs several thousand dollars and my father has no way to get Rene to fix the bed or return any of his money. Rene pretends to be a thoughtful person but he cares about the sale and nothing more. It disgusts me that this man is able to do this to people.
