71 Chevelle SS getting candy apple red candy paint job with gold SS stripes and flames! Here is a very condensed version of 2, 10 hour working days this weekend alone.

It's got 3 coats of candy apple red and 3 coats of clear. Reveal videos coming soon 😉

Love the color, love the stripes, not sure about the flames, but hey, everyone's taste is different. I like everything to look sleeper stock My uncle was a little old man that worked at Champion spark plug and had a speed shop as a side gig hobby. Had a olds/hurst 442 that looked stock on the outside but under the hood it was dazzling....did speed runs to his indiana cottage at 90mph with my 70 yr old aunt riding shotgun....

How do you manage to paint in a work area like that without having it full of dust, and turning out terrible? It looks like great, like you had it in a booth
